If you're an existing customer of any business owned by The DCANS Group Limited, in Ghana or the UK & Europe (DCANS Ecosystem), you don't need to start the buying process all over again with us via the form below - you simply can make the purchase via your existing client area with your valid existing login details, as we would have already have your employment and/or income details ready-to-go !!

We have special packages for organised groups and registered entities buying minimum of ten(10) units for their members, employees or their own investment portfolio, who don't have to apply below but here.

OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

Productive use of our time and other resources (personnel, attention, etc) and your ability to pay for the property with legit funds is more important to us than any applicable pre-approval fee. So, if you disagree with our mandatory proof of income checks, you don't qualify to buy from us.
