In-person viewing is free with us but only available to pre-qualified prospective buyers, and for properties that fall within their computed maximum purchase price (based on their verified net monthly income and age to retirement). You're not obligated to go ahead and make a purchase after viewing, and you can view as many properties as you want.
VIEWING COSTS
It costs money to arrange viewing for buyers: fuel, time, etc. But we have chosen to offer free viewing only for pre-qualified prospective buyers and not just anyone who pops up and says I want to buy a house or apartment.
FIRST VIEWING
First viewing is always free, and can be scheduled either just for you alone or as part of a grouped viewing.
SUBSEQUENT VIEWINGS
After the first viewing, you can still join other grouped viewings free-of-charge, so long as your maximum purchase price falls within the viewing details.
NON-OBLIGATION TO BUY
You're not obligated to go ahead and buy the property you viewed - you can view as properties as you want, before you settle on which one to buy.
VIEWING REQUIREMENTS
Before you view, you must have been pre-qualified and provided with valid login details. You can only schedule in-person viewing for properties with selling prices below your computed Maximum Purchase Price (MPP).
VIEWING FEES (WHERE APPLICABLE)
First viewing is always free, as stated above. Subsequent in-person viewings are also free, if you're joining another scheduled viewing group for this property of interest to you.
